 + -1 moreThe project started on time, but the estimated time frame fell short for the end. I did stress I was in not a big rush to complete the project except to be completed by fall. It was. They emailed me pictures of the progress which was VERY helpful since I was 2,000 miles away at the time of the project. In the end I was very pleased with the outcome of the project. Also the estimate was dead-on with NO up-charges or over charges. I found my home cleaned and ready for occupancy upon my return. VERY PLEASED.
Description of Work: They added a room to our exisiting home. They worked with us from the architect drawings to the completion of the project. They moved a window and added a new doorway to the new room. They also added an upper deck and a staircase leading up to it. The project also included some electrical work. They finished up the project with new stucco and paint. They replaced all the landscape rock and cleaned up all their trash before leaving the project. They passed the final inspection.
