Beginning with his initial visit to make a bid, I was struck by the painter's, Mario Torres, professionalism. Also he was not afraid to recommend two coats and an elastomeric coating even though this would result in a higher bid than provided by some others.
The job itself went very well. The entire crew was experienced, kept things clean, and there was no goofing off. They kept me advised of the time they would be arriving each day and they were punctual.
Although it was not part of the written contract, they willingly painted highlight colors on a few items: strap hinges on gates, light fixtures. There was no extra charge.
The crew was polite & courteous, and we were very pleased with the final appearance of the house.
