The owner of this company is extremely rude, unprofessional and a crook. He tried to rip us off for the cost of parts even though sub zero covered them and then charged us a second fee to come back out plus service charges. After all of this he told us that he would never work on our appliances again because he got caught trying to charge us for parts that were covered by sub zero under our warranty. Stay clear of these crooks and please let sub zero know if you have had a similar experience.

They would not come out and look at the dryer until I had supplie a credit card number for the $60 and quot;look atand quot; charge.
They would not do the work unless I supplie a credit card number first.
The dryer worked when they were finished.

OK- on time and pleasant work man. Price was OK, and gave 30 day warranty.

My refrigerator in my garage quit working. I called them and the lady who took the call was very professional. She had them come out the next day and even called me in the morning to make sure I plugged it back in so they could accurately diagnose when they arrived. The man showed up on the dot was clean and very professional. I let him in the garage and he took about ten minutes and came to notify me of what had happened. He gave me my price and I agreed to the price. Job was completed about thirty minutes later. He cleaned his mess and collected payment. It has worked fine ever since.

I left a message on the answering machine on Sunday evening when I discovered my freezer had stopped. The company returned my call promptly on Monday morning and said a service man could be out at about 1:00 pm that day and to please allow extra time in case he was running late. The service man arrived shortly before 3:00 pm and asked what the problem was. After telling him the freezer tried to start but could not, he performed a quick test and said he felt if was the relay. He had the proper part on the truck and quickly and neatly replaced the relay and showed me the damaged one. The freezer started right up and worked fine. The repairman was quick, neat, and professional. The parts were reasonably priced. My one and only objection as the way they charge. Normally one expects a service call to include some labor. With most companies it's 30 minutes. Some are less. This one, however, charges a service call of $60.00 to show up at your door. Then it's $50.00 labor (less than 1/2 hour) and the parts and tax. That came up to $110.00 for a 20 minute job. Over the years, I had used this company many times for appliance repair and always found them competent and reasonably priced. They are still competent but no longer reasonable!
