It went well.  They put it together for me and everything.  It was a good price.  They are a little less responsive. They are not as anxious to help me.  I think they are quite professional.  The quality is good. 

We shopped for a refrigerator that would fit the space we had.  They had it for a good price.  They did a good job of delivery.

I had tile and carpet installed by Lowes and it was horrible. It took them about 5 weeks from start to finish. They got grout on the surface of the tile (and in ALL the tile imperfections e.g. divots on surface). I told them about it and gave them about it in week 2 and in week 5 they "fixed it"; there is still grout everywhere, they didn't fix anything. They poured the excess grout onto my front yard and left it there for 3 weeks after I asked them to remove it. I can see EVERY SINGLE seam where 2 pieces of carpet meet. I brought this to their attention and they said, "well no matter what, you are going to see the seams". We all know that with really fluffy NEWLY INSTALLED carpet, I shouldn't be able to see the seams for 10-15 years. The contracted installer could speak any horrible english at best. I received no ('promised' by Lowes) follow up calls from the contracted installer OR Lowes. I went to Lowes to complain about my dissatisfaction and requested to speak with the store manager (because I just spent $4300.00 doing business with them) and he deferred me to just another 'installation representative'. When I talked to the installation representative she said it's going to take 3 days to get someone out to my house to look at the work. She said 1 of 2 things were going to happen, 1. They will give us a small discount. or 2. They will give us a full refund and rip all their work out. I explained to them how my wife and 2 yr old daughter have been living out of my friends living room for the past 5 weeks waiting for Lowes to get their crap together and they didn't care at all. They are fine with completely dissatisfying their customers. I WILL NOT buy as much as a single bottle of water from that store now.
