I have been living in my home for approximately four years and I was concerned about the condition of my home, being that is an older home. I had my home inspected prior to my purchase by Amerispect, with whom I was not impressed with. I was not going to call them back.

My service experience with Knight Vision was great from the first phone call. I had a 4pm scheduled appointment. At about 3:55 pm I received a phone call that they were running a little late, but were on their way. I was impressed with and appreciated that bit of courtesy. Jimmy, who performed the inspection is not only a certified home inspector, but also a licensed engineer. After his inspection, he sat down with my wife and I and presented all of the photographs of our home along with all of his findings. He took time to explain his concerns and answer any and all of our questions. He gave me great peace of mind concerning what was potential life threatening situations and those that were not. His knowledge and information was extremely valuable. I would highly recommend Knight Vision for your home inspection needs.
