I had ADT and was very unhappy with the customer service and the key pad they used in my business. When we built a new commercial building I called K C Sound then a few months later someone broke into my mothers home. I called K C Sound and they were installing a system the next day. I really like is that I out of town and was not sure that the alarm was on so I called the office, left a message. With in minutes Kurt called and was able to check and arm the system. Mom was nervous about setting off the alarm when she went inside so I called the office and they had a remote clicker programed and delivered it right away. I have referred them to my customers and other business owners. They are also installing my phone system.
