Description of Work: They did a take over of my old alarm provider and found 8 zones and the smoke alarm not connected to my panel then to top it off found the panel hasn't had a monitoring number in it for 3 years. Spent 3 days fixing it .

 + -1 moreI had ADT and was very unhappy with the customer service and the key pad they used in my business. When we built a new commercial building I called K C Sound then a few months later someone broke into my mothers home. I called K C Sound and they were installing a system the next day. I really like is that I out of town and was not sure that the alarm was on so I called the office, left a message. With in minutes Kurt called and was able to check and arm the system. Mom was nervous about setting off the alarm when she went inside so I called the office and they had a remote clicker programed and delivered it right away. I have referred them to my customers and other business owners. They are also installing my phone system.
Description of Work: The amount I paid was for my business and a home. There is nothing I would change.
