Pretty much perfect from start to finish! All the employees I have dealt with were courteous, competent, and professional. All work has been done on time and within budget. All service calls were performed promptly and they fixed the problem the first time (except for one wiring issue that was resolved after they went to the manufacturer to figure out where the trouble was.) All routine maintenance has been done very well and more thoroughly than I've seen in 30 years of home ownership. I highly recommend Hansberger Refrigeration and I will not use anyone else.

I had a leak in an overflow valve in my a/c. Not only did Hansberger's fix the problem, they helped me find a reliable contractor to fix the water damage. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dos: Hansberger service personsal are trained and professional.  The office calls and lets me know they are on the way and the apporximate time they will arrive (they also call if there is a delay). Service men tell me what they did and if there are any problems that need to be resolved.  There is no charge since it was on an annual service contract but there would be a charge if refrigerant had to be added to the system.
They do advise me when the service contract is due for renewal.

From the time Hansberger installed a new Lennox unit for the whole house and a Fujitsu Mini unit for the master bedroom they have always fixed problems and provided exceptional service.
