FISHER CHEVROLET

Took vehicle to Fisher autobody repair to have rear end damage repaired. They did a great job in a timely manner.
They were very professional and I would use them again.

I purchased a truck from this dealership. They gave me top dollar for my trade and a great price on the chevy I was purchasing. They made the entire process so easy, and they were so professional. I will never go to another car dealership after my experience with Fisher.

Horrible. Customer Service people are nice however the mechanics and management are incompetent. Don't take your vehicle here for repair. Do take your vehicle somewhere else after researching their rating thoroughly.

They were really fast. Quality was fine and the service was good.

They were very polite and courteous but I wasn’t happy about how they did some of their business. They repaired what was broken.  I went on a Saturday and they called me back a short time later and told me they didn't have the part and that I could come pick up my car.  When I picked up the car, the technician had forgotten to put my car back together and the dashboard was still taken apart.  They brought the guy out and he put it back together.  They said they'd call me when the part came in and I waited a full week before I called them back.  They said the part came in but they lost the part and had to reorder it.  So it was over a week after the initial appointment.  I had the oil changed as well and they threw that in for free because of the inconvenience.  I was still not happy with them not putting my car back together and then losing that part and having to reorder it.  When I dealt with them face-to-face they were very professional but there's more to professionalism than business that's conducted face-to-face.
