they check out my truck and in 45mins pull in and tires were remove rebalances and rotatored and installed.

I went in to have a small leak in my tire patched. I have been going to them for years. They just patched it real quick and sent me on my way. They thanked me for my service (military) and that was it! I will definitely keep using them, nobody in town comes close!

I took my 2003 Toyota Camry in for a tire rotation on a Tuesday morning. I didn't have to wait long to speak with a service advisor. He was very courteous and professional. After checking the tires for wear and inflation, he said it wouldn't take long to rotate them. It didn't; I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. When the technician pulled the car up in front of the store, he thanked me for bringing it to Discount Tire and said he hoped I'd have a good day. He was very courteous, and I appreciate that.
I try to have the tires on my Camry rotated regularly, and Discount Tire will perform this service free if you purchase the tires there. They have also fixed a couple of flat tires for me with no charge. I purchased a set of tires here in February 2012; they are wearing well and I've had no issues with them.

The staff is friendly and prompt. they gave me an estimate on my tires of around $350 for 4 new tires. After showing them a quote from Sam's club they beat the price. Through in thier warenty and it was a great deal. I love dealing with discount tire. With the tire warenty I can bring my car in as often as I want and have the tires balanced, rotated, and checked. If a flat occurs it is fixed at no cost.

It went well. We had a flat tire on a tire that we had previously purchased from the store. They fixed the flat without any problems or complaints whatsoever.

I was embarrassed by one of the employees, Gary, at this visit. Gary is a hard guy to forget-he is a tall slender white guy with an attitude and it seems every time I have been in for one reason or another I was always surprised at how he is towards customers. I feel he can be arrogant and almost stand offish with people. When I went in today to purchase tires, I was helped by a first gentleman, I believe his name was Alex. He and I walked out to my car and were doing the normal chitchat of tire talk. On the way back in to the store, Gary interrupted us and asked Alex if I was getting tires and how many. Alex replied I needed all 4 and Gary proceeded to take my keys. I thought, great! Getting right to it. Alex and I went inside and started discussing brands, total price, etc. Again, Gary walked up and interrupted us when I was telling Alex the set of tires he recommended was more than I could afford. Gary then loudly exclaims, "Wait! Don't do anything, she has no money", and walked back out into the bay. Of course this wasn't true, I just didn't have the $645 that Alex was quoting me to replace my tires with the exact same Purcell type tires I had on my car. Alex had to leave and Sean took over. Sean has always been my favorite guy to deal with at Discount and so as soon as I could explain I had around $500 then he showed me tires he actually owned and even a set that was slightly cheaper, which I REALLY appreciated. My point is as a woman, I always feel out of place and vulnerable when I have to deal with my car and now I can add potentially embarrassed. Now I REALLY do not like Gary. My car is older with lots of miles and I have to scrimp and save to get maintenance and preventative work done but it's the only car I have. I felt very small in this business today and honestly I don't know how quick I will be to recommend Discount as I have in the past. I was prepared to spend money and had a rough idea based on past purchases of how much a set of tires cost and set aside several hundred dollars in order to do so. But to have someone announce something like that loudly was pretty ridiculous and unprofessional. I tried to grade Discount on the help I received from the other 2 men today and in the past and not just Gary's rudeness. However, I felt today's episode needed to be addressed both here and with the company itself. Hopefully, this will be the worst thing I have to deal with at Discount. My family and I have taken our vehicles to this location for years because of the prices and the free services that go along with tire purchases.

One of the things I like about them is that they offer free air check and pressure check on the tires. I am a widow and companies sometimes take advantage of single women. My son was with me when I had a problem with the tires and he was watching and commenting about how well they treated women coming in to the facility, and I certainly continue to have that feeling about them.

I was able to confirm that the tires were in stock and make an appointment for the same afternoon on Discount's website. When I arrived, the shop was very busy. I had friendly and courteous service and my tires were mounted and balanced and I was on my way in 30 minutes!

I brought my car in for a service and it was very busy but their organizational method was great. You parked your car in the parking lot with a marked number. You go into the office, tell them what you need done, they walk out to your car with you, examine the problem, and take you back into the office. Because it was very busy there was a wait but it was not too bad. It was FREE and that was the biggest thing. They removed to nail and repaired the tire for FREE! What more could you ask for.
