They where terrible. They never got ride of the ticks, they always let my dogs out, never got my name right then to top it off they got all there billing messed up.

"Customer was quoted $65 Clean out fee and $48 for bi-monthly servcs, customer only had one service before they called and canceled services due to the misunderstanding that "Bi monthly" was every other month and not twice a month. Insects including ticks services are covered under a 30 day warranty, customer did not call for retreat."

I was having recurrent problems with termites and he guaranteed that the chemicals he used would solve the problem, but it remains to be seen. However, he seemed to be knowledgeable.

I have them come out every three months to treat our home. They usually let me dogs out when they are here because they do not close the fence. They are priced pretty high but they do good work. I will continue to use them.
