He did not want to spend a lot of time on the problem areas. He came in and whizzed over the carpet very quickly, and was in and out.

Everything looks great - so much brighter. Highly recommend this family owned business.

I called for information late in the afternoon. My call was returned the next morning. Described my need and the price was quoted. Set up appointment for cleaning two rooms for the next day. The young man arrived promptly on time. He was very professional, completed the work and was gone within the hour. I am very pleased with this service and will recommend it to others.

Arrived on time. Cleaned the carpet and said they only had a problem with one stain and everything else was ok. Stated the carpet would be dry in about 4 hours. After they left we noticed the newly painted walls had been damaged on one corner by the hose. We opened all the windows and turned on all the fans. The carpet was still wet 8 hours later. The next morning we checked and the carpet was still damp and two stains where very visible. We called to see if they would try to retreat the two spots. The girl on the phone was very rude. They finally agreeded to make a second attempt at the stains. The tech was able to get most of it out. It took two days for the carpet to get dry and we are now dealing with the paint touch-up.

Overall, the guy did a great job. He was punctual, had all the right equipment, and worked quickly and efficiently. My only criticism is that it was a bit on the expensive side. Otherwise, it was excellent

Technician was on time,very pleasant. Cost was lower than I thought it
would be. I am very pleased with the cleaning, which included a trouble
spot due to a cat. Noise was low due to the equipment stationed in a
van. Impressed,will use then again.

They were able to get me an appointment within a few days. They arrived on time or early and worked diligently. They did a great job cleaning and at a reasonable price.
