I heard about him through a friend and have used him for the last three years. They always tell me that they have never seen any problem. They reassure me that everything looks okay under the house. It was very good and I was very pleased. I have had other services and I always felt like I was kind of being pushed around a little bit. He has even done the work when I wasn't at home and then left the bill and I have sent a check to him. He has always called if he had problems and told me that he was going to be late.

They come out every three months. We have been using them for about twenty five years. He does a great job. We refer him to friends and family.
