The warranty company sent them and they were awesome1

Last year his service was ok this year, we phoned him at least 4x and he never returned our calls or showed up. Wouldn't use him again if my life depended upon it.

Julio went out of his way to make sure things were done right. He even left to get a new part that would work better and did not charge me more than our agreed upon amount. Michelle (office person) was in contact to make sure we knew when Julio was coming.
I will definitely use him again!!

On both occaisions, a second plumber had to be called in to complete the work correctly. I can not help but feel that while Bonafide Plumbing might be okay for something simple, they can not handle anything that is upper end. The shower valve was the type that controls a shower head and four body sprayers, the technician had never seen one before. The water heater is a tankless electric whole house model. I feel that I would never allow the warranty company to send this firm again. I pay only $55 for a covered repair. The warranty company pays the rest. What they ultimately had to pay for Bonafide's services I have no idea. I do know that they then had to pay another company to complete the work both times.

Julio did the work and we will be calling him again for future plumbing needs.

I wasn't little happy with their customer service as they are bit rude. It is a small office who runs the business. They haven't always been prompt and they are quite behind. A friend of mine also used him because of his home warranty and he had horrible experience. I probably would not recommend them.
