I had an insurance policy with BDT & Associates listed as the insurance agent. I needed to make changes to my policy so I called and made an appointment with the property casualty and securities specialist. The day of the appointment I was on my way there when I received a phone call from him saying the VP of Operations & Compliance did not approve the meeting and that he could not meet with clients without her approval. I was not welcome in the office although I had insurance policies and IRAs through this firm. When I tried to cancel my policies and pull my money from the accounts it was difficult because they failed to assist me.
