Really? Lack of cooperation with my family's schedual. They show up in an old '64 passenger van after spending the morning fishing. Yep. They show up in their shorts and old shirts.

Repair job was assigned to this company by American Home Shield. Arrico was supposed to contact me to set up an appointment but they did not do so, instead they just showed up when I was at work. Their ragged apperance was enough to get the attention of my neighbor (off duty law enforcement). Through my neighbor an appointment was set for 08:00 the next morning (10-13-2009). On 10-13-2009 at approx. 07:20 a person from Arrieco left a very rude and unprofessional message on my voicemail. I then contacted American Home Shield and reported the actions of Arrieco and informed them that they needed to send another contractor as I would not allow Arrieco on my property. A different contractor was assigned and I recieved adequate service.
