 + -1 moreReally? Lack of cooperation with my family's schedual. They show up in an old '64 passenger van after spending the morning fishing. Yep. They show up in their shorts and old shirts.
Description of Work: We have American Homeshield appliance insurance since 1998. When we called them they sent the Arrieco Refrigeration crew to our house. These guys were the most unprofessional, obnoxious group of individuals that I have ever had work at my home. As far as troubleshooting and repair it's called "shotgunning". "Let's replace this part and see if that fixes it." They don't work past noon and that really puts a strain on my family having the A/C out yet the parts are in. Hansburger Refrigeration is the best in town using them to do our "spring tune-up" for the past 5 years.

 + -1 moreRepair job was assigned to this company by American Home Shield. Arrico was supposed to contact me to set up an appointment but they did not do so, instead they just showed up when I was at work. Their ragged apperance was enough to get the attention of my neighbor (off duty law enforcement). Through my neighbor an appointment was set for 08:00 the next morning (10-13-2009). On 10-13-2009 at approx. 07:20 a person from Arrieco left a very rude and unprofessional message on my voicemail. I then contacted American Home Shield and reported the actions of Arrieco and informed them that they needed to send another contractor as I would not allow Arrieco on my property. A different contractor was assigned and I recieved adequate service.
