Very responsive, came out the day after I called. Installation was quick and done very well. The installer was friendly and helpful, answering my questions and offering good advice. The installation price was very fair. I would recommend them!

The price was a little high but the work was good. He would not come at night, even though they say 24 hour service.

Had problem getting door to come down when I left the garage. John came, fixed our unit and informed me how to keep it running. He even gave us money saving ideas (so we don't call in every month!)
