Absolutely excellent!

This was a crisis situation, our house was on the market and the pipes were clogged big time. American Eagle came thru, did all the work, replaced the countertop, put in a beautiful almond sink and great bronze colored faucet. Everything looks great and works. We have some work lined up for them in our house we are moving to.

Prompt and professional service. Did an excellent job in a timely manner under difficult conditions ubder a mobile home.

I called them on Thursday in the early afternoon and they were able to get out to the house in roughly an hour. They looked at the pipes, snaked the inside, cleared the vent and did the normal work to try and clear the plug. They couldn't get the plug out so they told my husband that they would need to find the pipe that drains from the house and try and find if the plug was there. Also they wanted to make sure there wasn't a ruined pipe or collapsed drain. They came back on Friday to fix the problem and within an hour they had dug up the pipe, found the problem and cleaned out the drain. They cleaned up the hole and made sure everything looked nice again. They were extremely courteous and very professional.
They didn't charge for the initial visit because they were not able to clean out the plug. The price they charged for the work done was fair and they were happy to accept a personal check. I will definitely hire them again if I have the need.

They do great work for the big stuff but they need a finisher in order to complete the job. They did a great job for me but the finishing was a problem. They are nice people. They get the stuff fixed but I think they should hire a finisher in order to touch up everything instead of patching it and walking off.

They arrived two hours late due to a flat tire and being parked in by another vehicle. Understandable, but they did not call and let me know. After they arrived the work went smoothly. However, after they left, a special connector provided by the faucet manufacturer came loose and flooded the cabinet. I called and they returned within a few minutes to fix it. After testing it more thoroughly this time, all was well. They knew their business and cleaned up after themselves very well for plumbers.

Poor attention to detail overall. The biggest problem is the way they plumbed the kitchen sink. It held up for over a year, but now there is a massive leak under the sink and I'm on Angie's list to find a plumber. I can't believe the high marks these guys have received on here. Beware. Or just choose another plumber

Went very well. The shower stall in question had never had hot water from the time we bought our very old house. As we never used it, we didn't miss it. When the time came for us to start using that shower we decided to call in a plumber to fix it. I would never again do business with [name withheld] Plumbing, so we called American Eagle Plumbing instead. C.J. came in and re-plumbed the shower to get everything to work and we couldn't be happier. He was fast and professional. We're going to call American Eagle the next time we need some plumbing done.
