Allstar Tree Service

All-Star Tree Service is a truly professional outfit that provided outstanding service in a challenging environment. With temperatures approaching 105°F, and a blazing sun, more than half a dozen workers toiled throughout the day to trim approximately 15 large trees and remove half a dozen smaller trees and bushes that were no longer viable. And, after all that, they raked and cleaned over 1 acre of desert landscaping. Their work product was exceptional at a most economical cost. All of the workers were engaged throughout the day, and the management was present to supervise throughout the operation. I was so impressed with this service that I will, no doubt, utilize them in the future, as well. I would highly recommend All-Star Tree Service for small or large jobs. I have confidence that they would continue to do excellent work.

Allstar was punctual and provided the service using proper equipment and safety procedures.  The results of their work were excellent. They did a great job of cleaning up the debris they created.

Gave me the estimate in the morning, showed up that P.M. and completed all work by 5 P.M. Good clean-up and no damage to property. Excellent work all around.

Discussed the trees to be trimmed with desired results. Estimate was made. I called back about a week later and set a time for the service to be done. They arrived promptly on the day and time agreed upon. Took approximatley 2-3 hours.

They were very professional. They had all of the right equipment and they knew how to use it. They asked me what I wanted as they were going along. They did an excellent job all the way around. It was a little pricey, but the quality of the work was excellent.

All Star's owner arrived promptly to give us an estimate. We agreed to it and he said he'd fax us a written estimate prior to the work being done. We never did get the estimate, but on the scheduled workday the workers and owner showed up on time and did a really wonderful job. The properties looked great when they were done. Everything we had discussed had been done and we are very pleased with their work. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

The tree had roots coming out of the ground and was running into our neighbors yard. We also had them grind the stump out. A few weeks later we noticed a bunch of shoots coming up where the tree had been so they came back to remove them free of charge.

They were great. They did a good job and they cleaned up too. There were no problems. They said that they would be here for a number of days and that’s exactly what they did. They were very good and excellent. I would consider using their services in the future too.

Very responsive and punctual. They wanted to use a bucket truck because my trees were so big and overgrown. I was asked to turn the water off on my lawn two days ahead of time because the truck is so heavy and could damage the ground. In the end they trimmed a bit too much off of some trees for my liking but they did a great job even in this regard since everything will grow back with a little time. The owner was present during the work and supervised his team well. Only problem was that when they drove the truck (now laden with tree branches) over the concrete surrounding my lawn it cracked the concrete border. After assessing the damage they paid for the concrete to be repaired and it looks better than when they started. Great job from start to finish.
