awesome response time, they arrived within an hour, took about 45 min to locate the opening to the septic tank, told us they would be back in 2 hours, they were back in three, so not too bad, they were friendly, but the reason I marked them down in professionalism and price is because they said it would cost about $265 then $365 because they thought it was only a 1,000 gallon tank when it is a 1,500 gallon tank which is understandable, but then when he came in with the bill it was $565 without giving a clear or sufficient reason behind the last two price hikes.
