I have used All Seasons Heating &
Cooling 5 or 6 times.
Each and every time they have been
either late, irresponsible, or preformed faulty maintenance. Usually
its all 3 and as of late they have hired a girl that gives the worst
customer service I have every experienced. I have had to blocked
them as a selection for my insurance company to use. Every time they
have worked on my unit they come back for the exact same issue they
claimed to have fixed on the previous call a few days earlier and
then with out fail another issue with the following seasons
requirements of the unit. My A/C Unit is 3 years old and was in
otherwise working condition when they were called out to clean it the
first time. Tiffany the receptionist's attitude when you speak with
her is a perfect example of how this business conducts its self;
After multiple phone calls over the course of a week trying just to
get a status on my unit, that she said she would call me right after
she talked to the supplier, to which she never returned a call but
had a status on, that I verified through the authorizing issuance
company, supplier, and then her when confronted with the information.
Then she had the nerve to laugh and tell me "well I don't know
what you want me to tell you, I'll call you tomorrow after it talk to
the supplier" she of course didn't call back this time either.
then to top it off the company ordered the wrong part for my a/c unit
now 2 weeks out of service. As if that weren’t bad enough she tells
me it will take another week to get the right part. After coming to
the house for 2 hours in the back yard working on the unit they
realize they have the wrong part, at which time they say they will
put in the original part and the a/c unit should partially work as it
did before. The A/C unit of course stopped working like every other
time All Seasons' has worked on my unit. When we called Tiffany, she
blamed the insurance company for ordering the wrong part and insisted
they never touched our unit regardless of the 2 hours they were out
there working on the unit and then refused to send someone out to get
the unit back into a semi-working order.
To date which is only 1 year in
length.(literally the same week as the year prior)
All Seasons Heating and Cooling has
come out and replaced:
The compressor 3 times 4 if you count
ordering the wrong part
The thermostat 2 Times
The outdoor fan 2 times (Once
installing yep the wrong part)
And after the first compressor insisted
the return was too small so we opened that to 20x25 even tho it
worked fine for the 2 ½ years before we called them.
One worker even dumped a huge cloud of
Freon from the compressor and purposefully took a big breath from it.
(The owner fired him and came out and
fixed all the things his worker had done wrong. The owner working on
the unit was the one and only time I had a good experience with this
company.)
It seems like the Owner is getting screwed too but its hard to say from my perspective.

I bought a house which had no duct work and they did it. My house has a main house and a guest house. The guest house had to have a new air conditioner and my main house had to be serviced, put in vents when they did the duct work. He was very honest and reasonable. I had him to do some traveling as well and he had to do work when I was gone. When the air conditioner came in, a larger one was delivered. He then explained to me the situation and asked if I wanted the bigger one, which may come off often. He then told me if his suggestion counts he would go for the right size, which meant a lot of me.
