Poor service, period. The guys did nothing but try to sell me new cleaning gear and after two weeks of "cleaning" the pool still was not fit to enjoy. After about the 5 excuse I chose to terminate our service with them and I will never look back. Aloha is not a wise choice.

Original service started in 2008. Company changed hands and service declined. Pool was not cleaned adequately and it was hard to get management on the phone to resolve these issues.
