From the moment we met Tera Greene we felt protected and represented. She gave us straightforward and honest information letting us know where we stood and what we needed to do in order for our dream to come true. She stood by EVERY promise and updated us every step of the way. There was never a time that she was unavailable nor did she ever make us feel bothersome. She keeps toys in her office and didn?t blink an eye when my toddler took over her office while we talked. She is such a wonderful person and provided a superb experience.
Description of Work: After a horrible experience with another mortgage company, my husband and I were very apprehensive about attempting to purchase a home. The team at Academy Mortgage took the time to sit with us, go over all of our finances and explain the entire process from beginning to end. Tera Greene and Stephanie Converse researched and found ways for us to rapidly improve our credit rating and maintain our economic stability not only for the purchase but beyond. This team pushed and fought for our loan and in the end we were able to purchase our dream.
