YOURSON CONTRACTING

The remodel of our Sun City house into our dream home is now done. Throughout the entire three years of remodeling (we signed the contract for Phase 1 in November 2019), Yourson helped us strategize, problem-solve, and get things completed. To us, this was not a “run-of-the-mill” remodel due to extenuating circumstances - the COVID-19 pandemic. Yet, all members of the Yourson Team that came to our house performed their jobs in an exemplary manner during trying times. We truly believe this job could not have been done to our satisfaction without your organization’s professional, calm, and approachable manner. So Kathy and I want to extend our sincerest gratitude to the three of you personally, and to all the members of the Yourson organization (Pablo, Alan, Zak, Jeremiah, Larry, Andrea, Grayson, Victor, Efren – I know there were others but I cannot remember their names) for their work in remodeling our Sun City house into our dream home. Kathy and I have enjoyed working with your organization. We wish you much continued success.

Can't really recommend this company due to duration of project and incomplete work. Minor wall dings and scrapes. The majority of the flooring installed looks fabulous. The carpet still does not match up to the tile in a professional manner. Graded N/A for punctuality because a two week project took over 2 months. They had sole access to a vacant house. On the days I could actually get a commitment, they showed up on time.

WORKER WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. (DAVE AND VICTOR DID MOST OF WORK). THE SCOPE OF WORK AND ESTIMATE WERE ACCURATE. OWNER, PHIL, MADE HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS. THE FINAL PRODUCT IS GREAT. MY SUGGESTIONS/QUESTIOS WERE GRACIOUSLY RECEIVED. A SMALL DECORATIVE INSERT WAS GLADLY CRAFTED. ONLY NEGATIVE, I NEEDED TO CHECK SEVERAL TIMES TO CONFIRM SCHEDULE. A LITTLE SLOW IN CALL RETURN.

YOURSON WAS VERY PROMPT EVERY DAY ONCE THIS PROJECT BEGAN. THEY ALL DID THEIR BEST TO KEEP THINGS LIVABLE UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS EVERY DAY AND PHIL MENDOZA AND DAVID KEPT ME WELL INFORMED.
