I was pleased with the roofing job done by Sun City Roofing. The job was completed in a timely manner and the cleaning up process was very thorough. My old roof had several problems associated with the former job done 19 years ago and it was reassuring to know that those problems have been resolved.

The total roof was completed in 4 days. It looks great and had no problems with workers whether taking off roof or putting shingles on. I questioned possible sunlight repair and it was taken care of. I would definitely use them again.

EXCELLENT - everything I wanted, no surprises along the way, beautiful roof at the end. Sun City roofing replaced my asphalt shingle roof down to the wood plus some wood replacement. A fee of $1400 was included for a foam roof over the sunroom. The owner, Joe Watson, explained the entire process from the beginning. Joe explained that they put 4 nails in each shingle and they weave the shingles where they intersect vs, cutting them to make a more watertight seal. We watched and they did everything as promised. This job was done on time, for the exact price quoted, no money required up front, and now it's guaranteed by a very reputable company. - I wouldn't consider anyone else if I ever needed another roof!

They were very good until they got their money.  It rained after they finished and the roof had a leak in the exact same spot where the leak occurred before the roof was replaced.  I called them right away.  It took them two weeks to come out and repair the roof.  After the repair, I told them I didn't like the way the roof looks because there are big gaps between some of the tiles.  Their response to me was don't worry about it because the aluminum under the tiles will catch any water.  They also said call them back if leaks occur again.  I'm not a satisfied and would think they would want to make things right to my satisfaction as a customer.

There were some complications in communication since I Originated the job from

My home in Solon OH  or my rental property in Surprise AZ.  Mostly from 3 hour time difference.

Work was complete on time and in a professional manner.  Would definitely recommend tom others  

Did a beautiful job in all aspects. Jimmy Watson (Owner), showed proof of insurance and being bonded. Made promises, that he kept. The jobs were done when he said they would be, if not sooner. He never asked for a penny up front, and if I had a problem down the road, he would answer those concerns and resolve them in the same day. Fixed a solar panel for us.

the provider was very courteous and well mannered, they worked fast and efficiently, was here to perform the work on time and finished in a sound and timely time-frame. They cleaned up their work area and left the grounds better than what they had been...I would highly reccommend this company to everyone. The provider and his workers were polite and attentive to our needs...

all in all, friendly and provided an awesome knowledge of their workmanship in a high volume community with communication skills to serve their customers needs. They were organized and attentative to our needs. Well worth our money and will recommend this company to all our friends.
