Timely, informative, efficient.  We notice a tremendous reduction in the A/C cycling on and a much stabler and even temperature.

It was very quickly they did there job they cleaned up after themselves and they were nice fellows i would let them back in my home again.

The job started right on schedule and he was done in about 45 minutes for a 2300 sq ft house.  The sales job was better than the actual performance which is hard to verify in the attic once everything is covered up.  For example, I don't see how he could have covered all the canned lights and rewrap the loose battings around the skylight with just one 6 foot length of a R-19 batt.  But I guess I expected a lot more from his sales pitch.  His price was the lowest of the 3 bids and he saved me money by talking me out of putting more insulation over the garage and installing a powered gable fan.  He advised that I had sufficient natural ventilation in the attic as is.  I rated the job a B because my expectations were raised high by his sales pitch, and I do not think the actual work met my expectations.  To be fair, I think he had installed sufficient insulation to be equal or better than his competitors.
