I have a rental property in Litchfield Park, AZ and live in VA. Mike has always done an excellent job cleaning our carpets for us. So I gave him a call when my tenant called to say that a water pipe had broken and that the carpet was saturated. Mike responded immediately to our problem and consequently minimized the water damage to our condo. He was professional, prompt and spent a great deal of time on the telephone with me explaining the situation when he arrived. He used water meters to test he saturation in our walls and even sent me photos of the readings. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Cleaning Monkey and suggest that if you live in the area, you call Mike for all your cleaning needs. His prices are reasonable and his work ethic is top notch. I will definitely be hiring his firm again in the future. I only wish that he could clean my flooring in Virginia!

They were excellent all the way around. I recommended them highly to neighbors. I have an oriental rug and I went online to see how oriental rugs needed to be cleaned and they cleaned it exactly the way it has been indicated they needed to be. I called other people and they were going to do it in-house and that was not at all. They took it out and did it the professional way and I was just very pleased. Plus, they sent me a video of it and everything else so I knew exactly what was going on all the time with my rug. I highly recommend them.

The carpets came out fantastic. He was very detailed.

From start to finish everything went great. They showed up on time. They protected my walls when they brought the hoses in. They cleaned my baseboards and put planks down so that my furniture wouldnt be on wet carpet. They didnt try to upsell me which I appreciated. They even gave me a follow call about a week later to ask how everything was, which was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mike spent literally hours cleaning the tile on the first floor of my newly purchased home. The look and feel of the tile is amazing I could not believe the difference. The grout was cleaned by hand with a brush. He pre vacuumed all of the carpet which i had never see before and since i have dogs and cats i think it made a huge difference as all of the loose dirt and hair was gone when the cleaning started. His attention to detail is amazing and his goal really was to make us happy. He uses all healthy products which is important to me as we have young grandchildren and pets. Extra time was taken to put more air movers (fans) in the areas that I needed to dry first. I can't say enough good things about this family owned and operated company. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I got him off the list. I spent $180 on that service. I liked that he was very pleasant and very helpful. The carpets did not come terribly clean and I wasn't really happy with it, but I was not sure if it really was his fault. The carpets did not look great afterwards, but they are 15 years old and my expectations were too high. I think that he said he would do it for $100, there were all these add-ons. I have always cleaned my carpets myself and this was my first experience with someone else cleaning the carpets. The quality of work was fine. He was very professional.

The service was okay once the provider got to my house.

It couldn't have been easier! Michael, the owner, was knowledgeable and efficient. He worked around our changing schedule which we appreciated greatly. We also appreciated his clean cut appearance and friendliness. The carpets look terrific and the drying time was much shorter than anticipated. We will call the Cleaning Monkey again!
