Carpet Cleaning
He was slightly early, I didn't mind. First impression was that he was a clean, warm, mannerly, soft spoken man. I let him in and described the services needed. He described well what he would do, included the price, asked if he could hook up to faucet and proceeded to do so. I had to attend to other things and be on the phone in another room. He was courteous concerning the noise his machine made. After he finished, he left a receipt, with the comment if I noticed anything unusual, to call him. I didn't have to. I gave him a tip.
