Home Inspection
Tom Cain's very prompt inspection and report went far beyond what I expected. His report not only included testing all built in Appliances, Outlets,, Air Conditioning/Heating climbing on the Roof and in the Attic but very minor details like small chips off the Stucco and small $5 repairs. His report included pictures with Aarows pointing to the numerous things that he was describing. He is aware of all codes in the area (and violations of them) as well. This info was well worth the $ as it is necessary (especially for an out of State Landlord) to know what you are getting into. This detailed report may also help in further price negotiation.
