Description of Work: they have only one tech to service the winslow area it sometimes takes 2 weeks to get an appointment programming choices theyve made such they offer a new 50 mg internet service limited to 50 gigabytes a month a guy wrote he watched to movies on hulu and it used 10 percent of their month allowance of 50 gigs ive read letters on their website that people are findng thats not enough to supply serivce with kids and stuff using the net each gigabyte over the 50 is 50 cents . this could result in a household with teenagers paying 100 dollars or more for cable internet servcie they drive you thru heck when u have internet problems . i have titanium x stops in my back which make it hard enough to get around then they wnat me to go lugging a spare computer to use to eliminate the problem that its not the computer thats the problem( i hurt for about a week after that) and of course the problem wasnt my computer they charge 20 for the first television premium service than 9.99 for each additional one they charge 11.99 for adult movies but have in the terms of service for the internet p********** wont be allowed on their network i pay 105 dollare for TOTALLY BORING CABLE AND 10 MEG INTERNET SERVICE im allowed to use a maximum of 4 gigabytes per day they have a reputation in teh cable industry (dslreports.com) as allowing only the bare minimum of use then charging 50 cents a gigabyte which means a household with computers for the kids coul pay 100 dollars or more on the 50 meg speed competitors have a cap of about 320 gigabytes of using for the same speed being disabled tv and internet are a huge part of my life . that telephone and fax is my main means of entertanment and communication
