Even though the installation was done in 1995, after one year all the freon leaked out and the Schrader valves were buggered up to the point where a different company had to leave them in for fear of making matters worse, but they weren't the leaks (notice plural) anyway. They leveled the main AC unit by shimming it with 2x4s.Gas line was not up to code. But the biggest wrong was running the heated/cooled air into an uninsulated hollow space (with holes to the outside), and blowing it into the intake for the house, two feet away in the hollow space. Any competent HVAC installer would have ducted it. Most of these HVAC sins were hidden and not discovered until the entire unit had to be replaced 17 years later (last Spring).

"Thank You for the terrible review, seeing how your review is so outdated. Even if Air Advantage did this house, I can see the house from zillow picture that your furnace is in the garage next to the water heater on a platform which is usually insulated by the builder with the return air using the platform as a cabinet, and as for the schrader valves in the freon system are an easy fix and if you would have called Air Advantage I or my top rated service man at the time would have repaired them. at no cost to you because it was still under warranty. As for the leveling the concrete pad left to place the unit on was the responsibility for the GC. so if the pad was 1 1/12inch off it was done to protect the a/c compressor from damage. Thanks"
