It took longer than they said it would but then they did not charge me at all because of their delays. I really appreciated them making up for the delay. I always use this company! They are the best in town!

Destroyed my floors - lied about experience - totally incompetent

I was extremely satisfied with the crew at C.A.R.E. They were prompt and very courteous, and also extremely accommodating. We couldn't have the crew come in on any other day but Sunday, and it was no problem for these guys. They worked around my schedule and the schedules of my staff. Anything that they had to move in order to do their job, they replaced when finished. Each air vent was carefully removed, and after the duct was cleaned, the vents were replaced and cleaned, as well. There had been a smoke/fire in the building several years earlier, and had left a faint odor in the duct work. Now the office smells fresh and clean, and it's reassuring to know that there is nothing harmful in the air that my employees are breathing due to this issue. I look forward to sharing this story with my customers that will ask about this, and recommend them to anyone. Thanks Guys!

We had a little trouble with the service but overall they were pretty good. I originally called them to ask if they could do everything from start to finish. I asked if they could re do the floors and the bathroom. They said they could do it but it turned out they did not have the proper license or permits to get that job completed. I was frustrated because I wish they would have told me this up front. As opposed to doing the work and then later telling me they could not do the work. I was across the country at the time and I had to go through the process again of finding a provider for that particular project. I could have started looking for someone a lot sooner. However, they did a good job and the price was right. Everything went pretty smoothly.

They are easily the most professional business I've ever delt with in this area. The show up on time, their rates are reasonable, and they do top notch work. They even let us know every Friday how to reach them in case we need emergency services after hours.

Although this incident isn't the service I recently received, it's one of my favorites and shows the level of excellence this company shows to its customers. I spilled printer ink all over the carpet in my office, called them in a panic, they came right away and the carpet is now as good as new. They will do anything they can for you.
