 + -1 moreThis was our second time remodeling the same house and the overall experiance was so much better with Unique Construction(Karl the owner) Good price, good work and a reasonable timeline and we are satisfied with the end result.
Description of Work: Unique Construction did an extensive demo and remodel for our old home which included a large room addition,bedroom, 2 car garage, carport and extensive excavation for driveway area. The project took around 5 months. Our overall experiance with Karl the Owner was very good, great communication, honest information, and a beautiful end result. I would highly recommend Unique Construction.

 + -1 moreThe owner, Karl Smith Jr., came out to give us a proposal on a side door to our garage where the door jamb had warped and separated from the frame. He provided us with a competitive proposal and though repair work and small jobs like this one were not really his main focus of business, he accepted and did an excellent job. He was very thorough, quick and left behind a neatly fit, new door (better than the original) and a clean workplace. We were very impressed and pleased with his workmanship and will make sure to seek his services again if we have larger projects in the future.
Description of Work: Remove existing exterior door to garage, supply and install new steel exterior door & jamb, install old interior side-door jamb, caulk, putty & paint door, jamb & trim, dry wall repair around door, install existing lock set on new door, clean & haul away debris.
