INSPECTION DOCTOR

Mr. Moorehead responded to an urgent request to inspect the house I was purchasing. He was punctual, professional and pleasant to talk with. He explained in layman's terms everything that he was doing and answered my questions clearly. I had more questions than any person should be subjected to, but he took them all in good stride. He was very thorough in his inspection. His verbal comments included positive features, such as observing evidence of proper upkeep and equipment in good condition. The final report was printed out on the spot in a well-organized binder. While reviewing the actual report, he made sure to go over every entry with me so that I would understand it clearly. Overall, it was an educational experience that was made enjoyable by his professionalism and pleasant disposition.
