After messing around with four other companies, we found Harrington Technologies LLC. Found them on Angie"s list. They were always prompt and were here much longer then expected to complete each phase of the work. They were here five times since there was so much to be done. Installing all the new equipment, ordering and delivering. Very friendly always clean and very polite. Never hesitated to keep going over things we dummies did not understand. Always a phone call away which we have not had to do since last visit.

I was in need of help to "clean up files" on my computer. I also needed some instruction on how to use some of the functions of my all in one copier/fax/scanner as well as what I needed to do to set up security for my desk top and lap top computers. He also provided a memory upgrade for my lap top. Everything went smoothly.

My husband is military and we are moving from Tucson, Arizona to Montgomery, Alabama. I needed a complete high performance computer setup to be able to access work remotely from my new home in Alabama. Rob was extremely helpful in going through exactly what I needed (and more importantly what I didn't need!). His recommendations regarding computer, dual screen monitors, keyboard, printer/copier/fax/scanner, modems and routers were all GREAT. He also showed me exactly how to set everything up and will be available to go through it again when I am in Alabama. This would have been a completely overwhelming task without his help. His one-on-one approach and personalized service was very much appreciated. He also set up my new Blackberry and intergrated it to my work system at no additional charge. I highly recommend his services no matter if your needs are small or large!
