They are good. They are very professional. They send a good, efficient crew out. I am very satisfied. The price listed is what I spend per month. I will continue to use them in the future.

It went well for the most part, but they did end up hitting a water pipe. I had to fix this myself and they didn't even offer to help assist with the payment.

Yard work went very well, but our house was cased while they were working. Here's what happened. On Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2007, they were here from about 12 to 3:30 working on the yard. During that time the supervisor asked to use the bathroom and was in the house about 15 minutes. It rained that day, and they came back around 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2007. I was in my house dress and bathrobe working on the computer until about 11 a.m. I then got dressed and was refilling my hummingbird feeders when a strange woman walked around the corner of our driveway. She was between 16-20 years of age, bleached blonde hair with dark roots, 5 ft. 3 in. tall, weighing about 100 pounds. She told me she lived 2 blocks down the street and, as a project for a scholarship to King's College in England, was going around to meet the neighbors, and could she come into the house and talk to me. I asked her to leave. When I tried to follow her, the landscaping truck was blocking the driveway.
