Overall, they did a pretty good job. I didn't like that there would be different people showing up from week to week ... this is my house and I want to KNOW the people that are cleaning it! One of the cleaning ladies was grumpy, the others were nice. I had to ask specifically for them to pay attention to some details. For instance, they dusted with a Swifter and dusted around objects. I asked them to dust using a cloth and to dust all objects and to dust under all objects. I had to ask them not to use abrasive Comet in my home. I had to ask them to not use water on my hardwood floors. Kind of common sense stuff and I felt like I was training them in basics.
