I believe that this contractor works exclusively for Spencers TV and Appliance, whom I actually bought the range from.
After removing the old unit, I was told that because the sizes between the old and the new were different, there would be an installation fee. I selected the unit based on it's dimensions and supposedly matching those of the old unit. Regardless, I would have appreciated knowing that there was going to be an installation fee.
"David" and his helper worked diligently and were done with the job in about 45-minutes. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't mar the cabinets or countertops which was very much appreciated.
I also appreciated that they took the old unit with them!
