 + -1 moreMy wife and I first contacted Sonny on-line. After going through several agents, who just wanted to pad their pockets, we were not to hopeful. He sent us some listings and we set up a meeting. We soon found that he was not the (run of the mill kind of agent). Let me explain-- He has shown us several houses, and if I ask, he will give me a very honest answer. He puts his clients first, and his integrity is five star. He will not try and sell you a house that he knows there is something wrong. He spends time for you, trying to check on permits, he is in constant touch, and is very informative on information you may not have thought of. For those of you who are looking for property in the Prescott, Chino Valley AZ area. We give Sonny a 5 star rating.
