Overall The work got done and it was acceptable, but not to a standard where I am pleased with the work. The sprinklers were set up properly so I have no issues there, but the paver border that was set up around my lawn had really sloppy concrete work. I was able to compensate for the unsightly nature of the work by laying down a layer of rubberized mulch but it was upsetting to see such sloppy work. The Sod that was laid down was great, however, the backyard was not properly leveled before laying the sod which I think would be a pretty standard procedure and it left large bubbles in my grass that I had to work to fix myself. Finally, the trench for the irrigation system was laid down and the pipes for the irrigation placed in the ground, however rather than leave it uncovered knowing I was planning to add to the system myself, the lines were completely buried, causing me to have to re-dig up the entire line myself. Again the work was in the end acceptable, but there were enough issues with the work that was performed that I would not be inclined to recommend them to someone else.

It went very well and it was above our expectations. When there was a problem he would come to us and show us what was happening so we would be aware. We were made aware of a potential problem with the roots of a bush and an underground water line. They did an excellent job of cleaning up when they were through. We also now have sprinklers that are saving us water.

I was very pleased with the work that Professional Landscape Solutions did when they replaced my irrigation system last year. I hired them again to install my back yard landscaping. They gave me the best price of the three bids I received. The project started on time, and they finished in the time they said it would take. John Kriser is great to work with; very personable and professional with great ideas, but open to homeowner ideas as well. Communication was exceptional; I always felt I knew what was going on. John was always available to answer any questions I had and was always willing to explain what his team was doing and why. The job was on budget; he shared all of his prices. I double-checked a couple of costs with suppliers and they were exactly right on. The final bill ended up being $50 LESS than the original estimate. And they were great about clean-up, leaving no evidence in the street or side yard that they'd been hauling dirt, sod and rock through it for days on end. I've received numerous compliments on my new landscaping, and would highly recommend them.

John Kriser is the owner of the company.  He did an excellent job for me and, more than that, was able to take my vague ideas about what I wanted it to look like and make the yard look so much better than I ever thought it could.  He communicates clearly the cost and I think it was reasonable for the extensive amount of work I had done.  When the job is over, there were no surprise charges.  In the front, I wanted desert landscaping with a riverbed feature.  The house and yard had been neglected for years before I moved in 6 months ago, so first they had to get spray the weeds and lay down fabric.  They did beautiful contouring the land and John chose a lovely variety of plants.  He used river rock, 2 kinds of gravel and boulders to create a gorgeous front yard.  He constructed borders surrounding the grass and separating the different areas.  It is, without a doubt, now the nicest front yard in the neighborhood!  It makes the house look so much better.  In the back, I wanted a grass yard and John laid down sod. He also put in a citrus tree and a drip system for the plants and a sprinkler system for the grass.  I felt totally included in all steps of the process.  He was alway prompt getting back to me and took as much time as needed to explain, plan, and answer questions.  I could not be happier with my new yards, front and back, or with the service provided by John and his company.   I would absolutely use this company again!
