The last service was free because it was over the phone consultation and he could get into my computer from the inside and figure out why it was running slow.  He found the problem and he fixed it from his end.  The time before that, they had to completely wipe my drive and then they put in a Kaspersky antivirus system for me and that one was $400.  They get out on a timely manner and both times, they had to get my computer into the shop to wipe out the viruses because there were so many of them.  They took it in like a Friday and got it back on a Monday or Tuesday, so that was good.  According to all the quotes that I have gotten from all the other people that were recommended to me by my neighbors, their price was pretty competitive.  Although I don’t like spending $400 for security and antivirus service, I guess it is what the going cost is and it is certainly cheaper than buying a new computer.  Jesse is very good and he knows his way around a computer.
