Roofing
The work was ok. However, he didn't finish. He promised to finish on that following Saturday, but he didn't show up. I called him 3 or 4 times before I got a response. He never finished, which he twice promised to do, so he charged my full price for an unfinished job. He insisted that we pay cash as well.
