Several homes in my housing addition are being painted due to HOA requirements, and every single painter I have seen does not power wash the exterior to get rid of old, bubbled, peeling paint, they just paint over it. Mr. Jenkins uses high quality paint that last so many years. I have seen homes he painted 10-15 years ago, very nice, high end homes, and they all look freshly painted, none have faded or peeled. He has a list of very impressive reference letters you can read at your leisure from many well-known Tucsonians, including major business owner's luxury homes.  He is a Christian, a man of his word, and backs up his work. He is not licensed, but in a Right to Work state, it is not required, and the majority of painters I have seen in my housing addition in Oro Valley are not licensed either.  The painters I have seen around my neighborhood get a house painted in 1-2 days max, Mr. Jenkins is not just painting my home, he is restoring my home as if it was his own, repairing house trim, not just painting over worn wood trim.  My home will not have to be repainted or fade out in 4-5 years, it will still look as great as the other homes he painted years ago. He is an honorable businessman who provides an outstanding painting service that will last many, many years. Sure others may be cheaper, I have seen a lot of really low-ball quotes. Remember, you get what you pay for. When the cheap paint job does not hold up in this Arizona heat, guess what, you are out even more money getting it repainted far sooner than what is necessary when quality paint is used and the time is taken to properly prep and caulk a home before painting.  Anyone who can paint a home in 1-2 days is not giving the attention to detail that comes with a professional painter like Mr. Jenkins. This gentleman is the type of businessman of days long gone by, a true man of his word and honor.
