their cars.  I have been trying to get someone to help pay for all the bank fees that they have caused by NOT following our agreed upon arrangement, but NO ONE will return my calls.  These people are from out-of-state and are ripping me and my neighbors off!  I have spoken with others that have had their lots redone with "left over asphalt from another job" and nobody is happy with them.
