I had a problem with my water softener. After calling many plumbers Glenn was the only one who worked on a softener. He arrived within the time period he had set. He found the control box had not been set in the cradle properly thus the timer was not making contact and did not know what to do. Once properly set every thing worked as it should. Glenn discussed and showed me what to do and not to do. Since he was here only a short time he only charged me half his normal fee. Without a doubt I would call him again.
