They did a great job when they did it and they cleaned up behind themselves. They were also polite.

He's a plumber and he's also septic. He's licensed and bonded, absolutely. Excellent. Again, I use him for all of my properties as well. I've known him, well actually I've known him a long time, his kids swam with my kids on the swim team when they were in High School.
