We had been using the home warranty company for some time but it seemed like they didn't want to fix alot of things. We decided to find someone else this year. Our air conditioner quit working and they came out and found wires not done right and things that should be grounded not connected. They did it all for a fairly reasonable price. They were great. We had a freon leak also and they checked it and found a crack in the line and replaced it. You go out and look at the workmanship of the unit coming out of the wall that is taped and it is very professional looking as they took pride in the work.
