Installation was quick and the installer was pleasant and helpful in instructing me on the use of my alarm system.

Steve really knows his stuff when it comes to security systems. He showed up promptly to assess our security needs and give us a bid. He was the third company we had called and unlike the others who were interested in selling their "package" with little regard for what we needed or wanted, Steve took time to listen to our concerns and designed a system to match our needs and lifestyle. His crew of installers work only for him and have been with him for years which was important to us, since we wanted trusted people only in our home. The crew arrived the next day, walked us through what they were going to do and allowed us to confirm the placement of equipment and details of the installation. They were great guys, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They answered all our questions and provided us with needed technical information. 
We are very pleased with Guard Pro and highly recommend them to those seeking quality security services and equipment. You can find cheaper security systems and installers, but is cheap really what you want in security matters? We wanted quality and trusted installation and we feel we got just that from Steve and his team.

We had an extensive alarm system installed. Roger Score was very informative over the phone and was this was the only alarm company I found that recommended using the pre-wired infrastructure already installed in my house by the builder. I have sensors on every window and door as well as two motion sensors. The system connects to a wireless phone so no land line is required. Their interactive monitoring via smart phone was the lowest price I found anywhere - only $30 per month. My wife loves being able to secure/unsecure the the house remotely, and the texts that let her know when our daughter locks and unlocks the house. The installers arrived five minutes early and got the system installed in one day. They soldered (instead of twisted or crimped) all sensor connections for lifetime reliability. I compared to the DIY online companies like Frontpoint, but went with TA because the total cost of equipment plus monitoring was comparable, but TA provides real service. They even offer a service that responds with a real security guard, which is handy when you get an alarm when out of town. So far, I highly recommend Tucson Alarm.

WE FEEL VERY SAFE KNOWING THAT THEY ARE IN CHARGE. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND TRY TO HELP US ANY WAY THEY CAN IF WE HAVE A PROBLEM. ITS GREAT KNOWING THEY CARE.

THEY INSTALLED THE SYSTEM IN OUR HOME. THEY ALSO ADDED THE FIRE AND CARBON MONOXIDE SYSTEM TO THE UNIT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE COMPANY. THEY EXPLAINED HOW TO USE THE KEY PAD. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

I'VE HAD THINGS FLOATING IN MY POOL AND OTHER THINGS GOING ON, SO I HIRED THE COMPANY TO INSTALL THE CAMERA. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB INSTALLING IT. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND TOTALLY UNDERSTOOD MY REASONING FOR THE CAMERA.

THEY WERE RUNNING A GOOD SIGN-UP OFFER, WHERE ALL I HAD TO PAY FOR WAS THE MONITORING SYSTEM MONTHLY. ALL THE INSTALLING AND EQUIPMENT WAS FREE. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH THEM WAS THEIR RESPONSE TIME. THAT HAS BEEN BETTER SINCE I COMPLAINED.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE TO ME. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON CALL AND VERY WELL MANNERED. THIS IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE SYSTEM. EVEN IF I DO EVER HAVE PROBLEMS, THEY ARE ON CALL 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK.
