Nathan's Handyman Service

Workers did everything wrong--other people were sent back to fix it..they did not know what they were doing so they had temper tantrums in my home--walked off and did not finish the job. The work that was done was up and down--a few things were good and a few things were so, so bad. They did things like cut drywall and let all the pieces and garbage fall behind the stove--and then just left it all. They made mistake after mistake--and I was being charged by the hour for them to make the mistakes and then repair what they messed up and start over. I went over things clearly with a foreman, and then the workers would show up without the proper supplies. I was charged a high rate by the hour as they drove to the store to buy supplies. They would schedule with me and cancel and then schedule again and show up four hours late.

they did not return to finish the multiple tasks that I needed finishing and did not stay as long as expected. many of my tasks were incomplete DIY projects that they might not want to be responsible for or were outside normal jobs. I was happy with the work they did to install gutters and mount cabinets. he worked very efficiently so I felt it was good value.

The workman arrived on time. Started immediately after I showed him what I needed. He was very professional. Cleaned up after working. He was very efficent. He did an excellent job. I am very pleased.

I contacted Nathan just before Christmas to schedule an appointment to install some electrical fixtures and mirrors. When the date/time came, no one showed up to our home. I texted Nathan asking if they were still coming and received an immediate phone call admitting his mistake and apologizing for his not writing the Appointment date/time down in his book. He immediately offered to send someone out to our home within the hour, which he did. This is why I am giving this Company a "5". We all can/do make mistakes. It's how we handle them and how quickly we respond to them that makes the difference and truly separates the "Men-from-the-Boys". Nathan offered good Customer Service by responding so quickly and professionally. Nathan sent Chris out to our home to install our mirrors and new lighting fixtures. He was knowledgeable in all areas of Construction and his Specialty is in finish-Carpentry. After installing our fixtures and mirrors, I asked him if he could also do some minor drywall cracks that needed repair. Chris was prepared and able to not only do it, but to "match" the style texture on the Walls. Chris was polite, knowledgeable, and personable and he came prepared with the right tools and ladders to complete the Jobs-at-hand including a vacuum to clean up after himself. I will definitely have Nathan's come back out in the near future to do some maintenance on the exterior of our home as well as any other Projects that arise and need tending. This Company was exactly what I was looking for-- one that offers excellent "Jacks-of-all-Trades" and Home Repairs.

Nathan, boss, sent Ryan to install a kitchen exhaust fan. Was courteous, professional, & affordable. This company is reliable; arrives when they schedule. All in all very satisfied. Will use their services again.
