Keeper Pool Service

This person is very unprofessional does not care about his customers. Bad attitude over priced service treats his clients as if they are just another number never know when they are gonna show up never know when I am gonna hear from them so I would really try like economy, pools or someone else he is trying to sell this business to make himself look better and get whatever money while he can, but go somewhere else I feel bad for the people that work for this business they are treated awful.

The owner, Dean Knoke, reports that they take the time to do it right. This could not be further from the truth. I hired Keeper Pool Service in January 2023 to service my pool and above ground spa. The contract specifically included cleaning the filters on a regular basis. It is apparent to me that the man just was not doing the maintenance I paid them for 5 months to do. This became apparent when I came back from a 6 day vacation to find my pool green, half a tab of chlorine floating in the pool, and the in-ground filter system not working because the filters and baskets were so full of debris that the system could no longer clean the pool. It was obvious that no service had been done for some time. Along with not servicing or cleaning the pool, Dean was also negligent in cleaning my spa. On one of his visits, I had the spa drained for him in preparation for cleaning. He left without doing anything to the spa. He asked me to instead fill it up for him. He did not bother to clean the spa, rinse the filters, or add any chemicals. He simply left without servicing the spa at all. These are only a few of my complaints. I have now spent an additional $150 to turn my pool around from a green algae mess, and when I asked for compensation, he said he would come by. He never returned and simply dropped off my key in my mailbox. I would never recommend this company for anything. He was grossly negligent on many levels.

Excellent work. Dean could communicate a little more but my pool is clean and I am happy.

The owner Dean Knoke, was to service my pool, instead he sent his employee Ed, which obviously had health issues. Ed, on a snow day in Tucson, did not show up, but said he did. However, there were no footprints in the snow, and the gate was locked. The day was never made up, but I was still billed for it. By that time Ed, had already harvested most of the oranges from my fruit tree. After too many discussions over the service and about Ed, with the owner, it was best to let them go. When he left he also took my pool cleaner with him and left an old pool cleaner in its place. Hard lessons learned. Good riddance!!!
