It was fantastic today. The correct part was installed and the vents balanced by Cactus H&C. They were $2 more than Frontier was last year but they installed the correct part and did the best job of balancing the vents. Based on today's visit, Cactus deserves an A+. It I were to rate Frontier's performance from last year based on what I know now, I would have given Frontier a D-.

A very challenging job...a critter got access and back filled with dirt a portion of venting that clogged air circulation causing AC to freeze up. They did a great job with the repair. They always have and have always been reasonable with their charges. They do not charge travel charges as many companies do because they are local. It is a family operation that has been around for multi-generations based on their high quality service.

They came out very promptly and fixed out air conditioning unit at a very reasonable price. The repair man was great and a nice guy.
